We use a range of courier and logistics service providers to achieve this goal. We are mindful of the service provided by them and are constantly reviewing their performance.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via mail within 1-2 business days; however, if goods are unavailable, we will contact to let you and delivery will take a little longer.

We offer a 101 Day Happiness Guarantee and aim to make returns easy. 

If you'd like to return your products (as long as you haven't used too much of it within reason), we’ll give you a full refund, less shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and not be used within reason. You’ll also need the order # or proof of purchase like an email confirmation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
We take a lot of care and pride in our work. If your order was damaged during transit, please let us know immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
