Delivery

At Euclove, we believe that happy customers makes good business sense. So, we will do our best to ensure that you're happy with our our deliveries and that they are timely and satisfactory.

We use a range of courier and logistics service providers to achieve this goal. We are mindful of the service provided by them and are constantly reviewing their performance.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via mail within 1-2 business days; however, if goods are unavailable, we will contact to let you and delivery will take a little longer.

If our handling time increases beyond 3 business day, we will email you to let you know.

Returns

We guarantee our natural cleaning products will be the best smelling and most effective cleaning products you’ve ever used.

If it's not, we’ll give you a 100% no questions asked refund.

That’s how confident we are that you’ll absolutely love our natural cleaning products.

If you don’t love the Euclove products you ordered, we’ll take care of you and make it right.

  • We offer full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we may offer a refund as store credit.
  • Swaps are always free (net the difference in product & shipping costs).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@euclove.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Factory 2, 27 Superior Drive, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia.

If you would like to exchange or return your product(s), please contact us at returns@euclove.com.au and we will be happy to help!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
